Our services include bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and business consulting services including payroll, sales & use taxes, property tax, income tax returns, replying to IRS notices, and representing you in front of the IRS during audits. We help you develop an effective financial plan based on your company and your goals. Ann Wang is a CPA with a Master of Taxation degree and a BBA with an emphasis in Accounting. She graduated with summa cum laude. Ann was a Senior Manager at one of the Big-Four worldwide accounting firms. She is experienced in all phases of accounting and taxation with substantial expertise in complex corporate, partnership, multi-state issues ranging from start-up businesses to those that are publicly traded.
