David has 10 years' experience filing entity and personal tax returns as well as bookkeeping, tax planning and fractional CFO services. He has a wealth of experience with small business tax compliance (1120-S and 1065 tax returns) from general contractors to electricians, to professional services such as dental practices, and doctor offices. As well as has had extensive experience with individual tax (1040 tax returns). Tax planning is top priority whether it is a portfolio of rentals or stock options from RSU's to ISO's. David strives to help his clients come up with tax strategies to minimize tax owed and keeps his clients engaged every step of the way.
